The Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 30th March 2022 at 7.30 pm. It will be held via Zoom or at Stisted Village Hall, dependent on COVID 19 restrictions at the time.
The main business of the meeting is to present the Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2021.
We may need to restrict the number of people who can attend the AGM this year due to the pandemic. Please email the Secretary by 11th March 2022 to reserve a place on the address provided below.
Appointment of new Trustee
There is an opportunity to elect one Trustee at this AGM. Persons over 18 years of age who live in Stisted, and meet the Charity Commission’s criteria to serve as a Trustee, may request a nomination form from the Secretary
Completed nomination forms must be submitted to Mrs U Hollands, 2 The Boundries, Rectory Road, Stisted CM77 8AL by 11th March 2022. Late submission will not be considered.
